Our produce is only from November to January, so don’t miss out. If you are interested in purchasing some of our beef, placing an order today will insure that you receive some of our produce at our next availability.

Upon availability, we will send off only our finest 8 month old calves to the butcher where they will be hung for two weeks. Our entire process is oriented around ensuring that you enjoy the finest quality beef possible.

Once you have successfully placed an order, we will contact you to arrange for payment. We require a 90% payment on the day that our produce is sent to the butcher, the remaining balance will be required upon pick up.
